Jack Wagner is a revenue operations leader based in San Francisco. He provides thought leadership, advisory services, and consulting services to innovative and hardworking sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
He began his career in corporate finance, first at NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP), then later at CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD). While working in finance at CrowdStrike, he developed a particular interest in the strategic and operational side of the go-to-market teams he was supporting and followed this interest by transferring internally into sales operations.
Within the function, he became the go-to person for standing up new operational initiatives and over the course of a few years was responsible for standing up: inside sales operations, professional services sales operations, sales engineering operations, a global forecasting program, a global sales data and analytics program, and an analyst training academy.
In 2023, Jack moved to Dazz (acquired by Wiz in 2024, which was acquired by Google in 2025) as the head of sales operations where he was responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, planning, and operations.
In 2024, Jack moved to Lightbeam.ai as the head of revenue operations and supports all aspects of sales, marketing, and customer success strategy, planning, and operations.
He has an undergraduate degree in finance from Santa Clara University and has an MBA from the same institution. Jack is also certified in the following tools: Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Domo, and Hubspot.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, reading, and traveling.
